This Scoop and Strain Skimmer Will Remove Fat, Scum & Foam from Soups

Make tasty soups and stews with the Oxo Scoop and Strain Skimmer. This handy tool will remove fat, scum and foam from broth and stocks. It is also great for straining fried foods like crawfish and both veggies and pastas. This scoop and strain skimmer has a wire coil design that lets you lift foods without causing damage. 

It features a deep, open basket and a long handle with a non-slip grip for both efficiency and safety. Made of stainless steel, this scoop and strain skimmer is durable and dishwasher safe. The skimmer measures 36.5 cm / 14.5 inches in length.
