Shipping policy

At kitchen Equipped, we proudly offer top-quality, fast, and cost-efficient deliveries to our valued customers. We ensure that you will receive your purchased orders in the fastest and the cheapest way possible while making sure that the delivered products are all secured. Please see below to learn more about our shipping policy and rates.

Processing time refers to the required to prepare, confirm, and release your order for shipment.  Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

-In-stock items: 2-5 business days

-Standard supplier-direct equipment: 3-7 business days

-Larger, specialty, or commercial grade equipment: 7-10 business days

-Backordered items: Processing time will be based on the estimated restock date provided on the product page

 

Commercial equipment orders may require additional coordination with manufacturers and may take up to 10 business days before shipping confirmation is issued.

 

MADE-TO-ORDER & SPECIALTY EQUIPMENT

Certain commercial products are manufactured or assembled specifically upon order confirmation.

This included, but not limited to:

-Combi ovens

-Pizza ovens

-Specialized commercial cooking equipment

-Custom or specialty-built equipment

These items are considered made-to-order and may require approximately 6-12 weeks for production and delivery, depending on the manufacturer scheduling and availability.

Estimated lead times will be communicated where applicable.  Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIMES

Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination.

-Small parcel shipments: Sent via standard courier service

-Freight / LTL shipments: Delivered curbside unless otherwise arranged 

-Transit time vary by province and carrier

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

 

FREIGHT & LARGE EQUIPMENT DELIVERIES

Large or heavy equipment may ship via freight carrier.

Please note:

-Freight deliveries are curbside unless a liftgate service is requested

-A commercial delivery address is required

If visible damage is present, it must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 24 hours.

Failure to report freight damage at the time or delivery may limit our ability to file a claim with the carrier.

ORDER MONITORING & CUSTOMER SUPPORT

All orders are actively monitored by our team from confirmation through delivery.

We proactively follow up with clients regarding processing timelines, shipment updates, and delivery confirmation to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

If there are any unexpected delays, customer will be contacted promptly and provided with available options.
