The `50s Retro Style Aesthetic New Stand Mixer is compatible with both the stainless steel bowl (included) and the option of the NEW GLASS BOWL (Glass Bowl sold separately). No need to stop the machine and scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl, the new Flex Edges Beater is designed to perfectly reach all the bowl walls allowing to beat and cream ingredients faster and more efficiently than the standard flat beater.
  • New aluminum material to ensure the right color matches between the basement and motor house painting for the FULL COLOR VERSION, increased thickness from to 0.7 mm (Vs actual 0.5 mm)
  • New wire whisk with 5 crimped steel wires and SMEG logo on the upper head, More robustness and appearance
  • Better whisk performance (min. 2 white eggs instead of the previous 3), and aluminium head to prevent coat peeling
  • New coating for flat beater and dough hook
