The Axis AX-514RHD convection oven comes in 3 different models. All three models can hold four 1/2 size pans, but it comes with some other options:
The AX-514 is the standard model; the AX-514RH has humidity; and the AX-514RHD has humidity, digital controls, and a reversible fan. While the models are mostly similar, they do have some different features from one another. Please see the spec below for full details on the model you're interested in.
