Make sure your business is ready to handle the next load of dirty dishes with this Jet Tech F-14 high temperature countertop warewasher. Designed for low volume use in tight spaces, this warewasher is perfect for smoothie bars, ice cream shops, mobile carts, or kiosks. This model can wash up to 20 racks per hour and uses just 0.5 gallons of water per rack.
This model is a high temperature ware washer, with a hot water rinse temperature that reaches at least 185 degrees Fahrenheit. The integrated booster heater features a stainless steel construction with an insulated lining. A simple vertical, integrated control panel, thermostatic water temperature control, and digital temperature gauges make this warewasher easy to use and let you keep an eye on its performance. When maintenance is needed, the control panel slides out for easy front access.
For convenient setup and operation, this warewasher comes with an automatic fill and water level regulation. An internal screen protects the pump from debris. Plus, it has automatic pumps for liquid detergent and rinse aid. A lower revolving wash and rinse arm and the lateral upper fixed rinse arm are made of fiberglass and are designed for the best results and easy maintenance.
This warewasher has a durable type 304, 18/10 stainless steel body. Since it is made with a double wall construction, it reduces the amount of heat and noise that the unit puts out into the warewashing or service area. The door has a safety micro-switch to stop the wash pump if the door is opened during operation. Overall, the door opening accepts items up to 11" high, great for blender jars or a small load of mixed items. The ware washer can accept racks that measure 13 3/4" x 13 3/4" (Sold separately).
This model requires a water connection and a 110V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation.
