Le Peppe is made of durable red powder-coated steel and has a double-walled oven, fire blanket insulation, and a thick 12 mm cordierite baking stone floor for ideal heat retention. An easy load firebox allows you to bake using your favorite wood chunks, wood chips, pellets, charcoal briquettes, or lump charcoal. Lighting the oven is simple thanks to a high-flow downdraught system, designed to circulate air and quickly reach cooking temperatures up to 900 degrees Fahrenheit. The oven door features a peephole to check on foods as they cook, without letting heat out. The oven top has a built-in thermometer to keep an eye on cooking temperatures, as well as a removable chimney for portability.
