Thanks to the two-layer CORTAN ST3 non-stick coating, you can cook your food in a healthy way with very little oil. The exterior of the rigid forged ceiling is complemented by a champagne colored coating with high heat dissipation.
With the Thermopoint point integrated in the ergonomically shaped black plastic handle, you are always in control in the kitchen. The dots that turn to red and green indicate the temperature of the ceiling. Red indicates that the ceiling has reached the optimum frying temperature, and dark green indicates that the ceiling has cooled down and can be touched safely. The handle of the roof is also heat-insulated and heat-resistant up to 160°C
