This Sirman Soft Cooker immersion circulator is a perfect addition to any kitchen that uses sous vide cooking! This circulator head is designed to deliver superior temperature control from 68 - 212 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing you to fine-tune cooking to the specific needs of each recipe, and a circulator pump ensures even temperature distribution without hot or cold spots. With its 5-program memory you can keep your most-used recipes ready to use at all times, and the simple control panel with temperature display lets your employees set it up easily. This circulator attaches to compatible cooking vessels with a clamp (6 1/2" maximum depth) and it comes with additional features that improve usability and safety, like a temperature sensor that prevents overloads and overheating, and an auto-off feature that prevents it from being used outside of water. Additionally, it comes with an auto-on mechanism that activates it when the minimum water level (about 5 1/2") is reached.

It is designed with an IP X3-rated stainless steel enclosure to protect the electronics from water splashing and requires a 220V electrical connection. It comes with a cord and plug.
