- Volumetric coffee doses - 4 programmable shot volumes and one continual dose per group head
- Steady Brew Technology (SB) - The technological solution that revolutionises Rancilio coffee machines' hydraulic system. By keeping water temperature steady, it guarantees maximum repeatability during extraction, both during work peaks and in low-usage conditions.
- Electronic temperature control system - Boiler pressure is programmable on LCD screen and utilizes a PID, improving steam pressure and extraction temperature stability.
- C-Lever - Rancilio’s patented steam valve features a specially designed control knob for easy operation. With an ergonomic design and both open-stay and open-close functions, you simply turn the knob 25° downward to open the steam wand.
