This Axis AX-S12U "Ultra" meat slicer is perfect for medium-usage operations. It has sanitary anodized components, making it simple to clean: all you're going to need is a wet cloth and a mild detergent. It is belt driven, with a V-belt, and it has a 0.5 HP fan cooled motor.
