The Omcan "FP-CN-0008" bowl cutter (sometimes known as a buffalo chopper) is perfect for chopping and emulsifying large quantities of meats and vegetables. It has a powerful 1 horsepower motor, a 8.4 quart capacity, and a one speed motor of 1,400 RPM.
The enclosed gear drive offers optimal power and consistent performance. The body is anodized aluminum and the bowl is stainless steel. It is equipped with a shut-off micro-switch for added safety.
