Manitowoc Ice URF0140A Description
With a 38.5-inch height and adjustable legs, the Manitowoc Ice URF0140A NEO® ice machine is short enough to fit underneath counters, and so it requires little extra space on the sides, air intake and exhaust is all through the front. Instead of swinging out into the walkway, the bin door moves up and into the unit, so the machine can be installed next to a wall.
This Manitowoc Ice URF0140A undercounter ice maker creates what Manitowoc classifies as regular cubes. However, these cubes are very large, measuring 11⁄8 inches by 11⁄8 inches by 7⁄8 inch. Because they melt very slowly, this type of ice is ideal for many kinds of drinks, including alcoholic beverages, and the machine produces as much as 127 pounds of ice in a day and can store 90 pounds for future use. During slow hours or overnight, users can use the delay button to temporarily stop ice production, saving water and money. For convenient cleaning, this unit has a smooth foodzone, removable components, and built-in AlphaSan® antimicrobial protection.
