With this Atmovac SR23 5 gallon sous vide water bath, it's easier than ever to slow-cook bags of vacuum-packaged foods to perfection almost anywhere! This self-contained unit features a 4 gallon usable capacity when filled, and with its easy-to set electronic controls you can choose your desired temperature scale and set it to 86 - 212 degrees Fahrenheit or 30 - 100 degrees Celsius. A 5-program memory makes it easy to recall your most frequently-used recipes and create consistent, repeatable results. The bright LED display lets you see the temperature and the working time at a glance, and it also comes with a power-saving feature that reduces energy consumption once the set temperature is reached without any impact on temperature control.

Great for catering operations, this unit's compact design and built-in handles make it easy to carry, while the shock-proof heating element design gives you peace of mind that minor bumps during transport won't put your cooker out of commission.
