Formed using a core of SG2 powdered steel, it has a full tang design for rigidity, and the hand-finished Micarta handle is held in place with stainless steel rivets. A classic chef's knife design provides plenty of rocking as you cut, making it easy to work through food without hitting your hand on the board.
