The Omcan "Elite Series" of spiral mixers was made entirely in Italy. They have a stainless steel bowl, a fixed stainless steel high strength shaft, as well as a safety device which stops the machine when the bowl cover is lifted. This machine will greatly reduce the usual mixing time of traditional machines. Ideal for bakeries and pizza shops, they perform well with both hard and soft dough.
These mixers are available in a number of sizes and electrical configurations. Some are single speed and others are two speed; some are 1 phase and others are 3 phase. See the spec sheet for full details.
