The Omcan FP-CN-0006 is part of their economy line of bowl processors. It has two speeds (2,800 RPM and 1,100 RPM) and comes with one S-blade, which will provide excellent resistance to corrosion and hot oxidation.
This machine is made with 304 stainless steel, which will ensure that any component that touches food is sanitary. The blades are made with 4Cr13 stainless steel, which makes them sharp and efficient. And the stainless steel bottom can withstand heated products.
