The Kool-It KSTM-60-2 Sandwich/Salad Prep Table is an excellent option for chefs looking for a durable preparation space. With stainless steel interior and exterior features, the table is very durable, resisting scratching and other signs of frequent use. The entire table body is foamed-in with high-density, CFC-free polyurethane, providing increased insulation capabilities.
The refrigeration system is self-contained, making it easy to install and maintain. The Kool-It KSTM-60-2 includes an automatic defrost feature that helps clear the evaporator of ice buildup.
