Made with 22 gauge stainless steel, double reinforced corners and edges designed to hold their shape you know these pans will stand up to repeated use. Rounded bottom corners mean spoons can get out every last bit of food to maximize your serving yield and makes it easier to clean.
When using pans in a steam table, remember the adapter bar for added support and heat retention 12" Adapter Bar or 20" Adapter Bar - see Food Pan Configurations chart below to determine which one you need.
