By maintaining an ideal cooling temperature, the topping rail provides your customers with a consistent, quality product and reduces the amount of waste from spoiling.
The KTR Series topping rails can hold either four, or 1/6 size 6" deep food pans, which are included. Polycarbonate hinged lids are also included, to help seal in your products freshness and avor.
All the KOOL-IT KTR Series refrigerated topping rails use R-290 (CFC free) refrigerant.
