The Crown Verity MBI-30I is elegantly designed to suit any commercial venues such as hotels, restaurants, and more. It features a spacious 28-inch by 21-inch cooking surface for grilling burgers, sausages, vegetables, kabobs, and anything else on your menu. With a handy end shelf and side burner on either side of the grill, you'll have even more capacity to grill, fry, roast, and even cook a delicious gravy all in one master appliance.
Powerful and Efficient Outdoor Grill
This MBI-30I model is supplied with a natural gas connection and comes equipped with a 10-foot long quick disconnect hose for your convenience.
Four robust 15,000 BTU/hr stainless steel burners power the grill and ensure heat is distributed evenly throughout the dome and grilling surface. This impressive barbeque can heat up to your desired cooking temperature in just five minutes or less, making it an exceptionally efficient piece of equipment. As an added bonus, this hotel island grill features an additional 15,000 BTU/hr of power in the attached side burner.
High Quality Construction
The grill’s body as well as legs, cooking grates, burners, under shelves, radiants, water pans, fasteners, and pilot tubes are all constructed from 304 stainless steel making them extremely durable and built to last.
The MBI-30I comes with four total lock casters that let you easily move the unit for cleaning or maintenance, as well as secure it firmly in place when in use.

- Roll dome - BBQ lid specifically designed for this 30” hotel island grill that let’s you enclose your grill and lock in the heat for faster and more efficient cooking
- End shelf - Located on one side of your barbeque, this shelf provides you with more workspace, perfect for preparing dishes or holding utensils and serving trays
- Bun rack - Assembles into the roll dome and can be adjusted to four different heights for effortlessly toasting buns and other food items
- Side burner - Measures 15" x 27" and boasts 15,000 BTU/hr of power, perfect for preparing sides and accompaniments where you can easily keep a close eye on their progress
