Dynamic cooking is yours with the Axis Hybrid full size electric convection oven with manual controls! Since it features convenient manual controls with settings for time, temperature, and humidity, this hybrid oven is more than just a convection oven. It lets you gratin, roast, fry, re-heat, or cook in one of many other styles in a single oven. The digital display shows you the oven temperature so you can keep track of your recipes.
The unit features a stainless steel oven chamber and 5 wire oven racks, with a halogen oven lamp for visibility. It has a Safe-Touch vented side hinged door with double glass panes that ensure a low outside temperature and are easy to clean. Plus, the Stay-Cool door handle keeps employees safe while they are working.
The two combi-type motors allow maximum efficiency while the two-speed bi-directional reversing fan system circulates air in the oven cabinet for faster cooking. This electric hybrid oven requires a 208/220/240V, 1 phase electrical connection and water connection for operation. It has an output of 4300/5000/5600W.
