Use this Ballarini 75000-901 11" Steel Crepe Fry Pan to make delicious crepe right at your home. This fry pan features thick sheet steel forged with aluminized surface oiled to avoid oxidation. Its rivet steel strip handle with thermal break keep your hand from burning while making crepes.
Thanks to its sturdy steel construction, this pan is homogeneous baking and rapid temperature rise. It is compatible with all cook tops including induction. Oven safe up to 230°C
