The Atosa PCG9 Gas Pasta Cooker is a heavy-duty commercial pasta cooker designed for high-volume Italian restaurants, cafeterias, and foodservice operations that demand fast, consistent pasta production. With a 9-gallon capacity tank, the PCG9 delivers rapid water recovery and maintains a powerful rolling boil through continuous service, keeping pace with busy kitchen demands.
Constructed with stainless steel exterior and interior, the PCG9 is built for durability and easy sanitation. Two baskets are included per tank, allowing simultaneous cooking of multiple pasta varieties. Available in Natural Gas (NG) and Liquid Propane (LP) configurations. ETL listed for commercial use.
