Energy Efficient Refrigeration System

This efficient prep table features a heavy-duty Embraco compressor that significantly lowers noise and vibration levels and can save you up to 40% more on energy compared to other types.

The unit’s refrigeration system is self-contained and designed to provide balanced refrigeration even under the most demanding of environments. The air-cooled system maintains product temperatures within the refrigerated section between 33°F and 40°F and is operated by a high-tech Dixell digital temperature controller.

Magnetic door gaskets are also supplied with the refrigerator to help maintain internal temperatures as well as keep dust and other debris out.

Sufficient Storage and Preparation Space

The 36-inch Atosa sandwich prep table comes equipped with a full width cutting board making it easy to prepare sandwiches and salads right on top of the unit. The convenient pan area on top can hold 15 1/6-size food pans, giving you and your customers plenty of variety on toppings and other ingredients available.

This prep station also features a refrigerated base with 8.7 cubic feet of storage space for keeping extra meat, vegetables, and fruit at food safe temperatures prior to serving or adding to available food pans.
