This unit’s refrigeration system is self-contained and designed to provide balanced refrigeration even under the most demanding of environments. Product temperatures can easily be adjusted between 33 and 38°F thanks to the high-tech Dixell digital temperature controller.

Magnetic drawer gaskets are also supplied with the chef base to help maintain internal temperatures as well as keep dust and other debris out.

The 60-inch Atosa chef base has a capacity of 8.4 cubic feet and features two spacious and refrigerated drawers for keeping food such as hamburgers and toppings or panini fixings, fresh and cool until they’re ready to be cooked or served.

The single piece cabinet top is constructed out of a reinforced, heavy-duty stainless steel that allows it to support a range of countertop cooking equipment like ranges, charbroilers, and griddles.
