Return Policy

At Kitchen Equipped, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If, within 7 days, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value.

 

If the product is unused and in the original package

The following policies apply to all returns:

  • An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns.
  • Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
  • Returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit for the value indicated on the gift receipt.
  • We cannot accept returns of personalized or monogrammed merchandise or direct-ship or special-order items except when due to defect.
  • Return instructions and policy might vary depending on the suppliers
  • The shipping charge is not refundable
  • The shipping fee for returns must be paid by customer
  • If more than 7 days, you can request an exchange with our store credit within the 30 days.

If the product is used

  • The returned item must be functional and should not be damaged.
  • Depending on the manufacturers, a 25% - 50%restocking fee will be issued for return requests and will be deducted from the return amount.
  • Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
  • Returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit for the value indicated on the gift receipt.
  • We cannot accept returns of personalized or monogrammed merchandise or direct-ship or special-order items except when due to defect.

How to Return an Item:

To return or exchange an item, complete the Return Form attached to the invoice or gift receipt that accompanied your Kitchen Equipped merchandise. In the appropriate box on the Return Form, indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken: replacement or merchandise credit. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise. Be sure to tear off the top portion of the form and keep it for your records.

Customer is responsible for the shipping cost. Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address, where your return will be processed according to your instructions:
