★★★★★The Omcan IC-IT-0002 commercial ice shaver is able to produce shaved ice in a variety of sizes. So if you want Italian granita ice, it can do that. Or if you want larger cubes for cocktails of to fill up a display, it can do that too. The simple adjusting knob will allow you to specify the cut thickness you want.
This is also an extremely safe machine: it has a safety microswitch and a streamlined ice container. And it's a durable machine, with a powerful 350 watt motor.
