Our Pro fryers are designed to cook high volumes of product in a short period of time. The fryers are for outdoor use only. With 14” wheels, they are easy to move, making them ideal for caterers, party rentals and special events.
Our single - well model is perfect for smaller applications and spaces. Completely mobile, you can bring frying performance wherever you need it.
If frying is big on your menu, you need our double - well model. Optional side shelves and dump stations offer maximum functionality.
One 30 lb. propane tank will give you approximately 10 - 12 hours of frying time - even longer if the thermostat is set at lower limits. Each fry tank has a 35 - 40 lb. oil capacity and will cook between 60 and 65 lb. of frozen fries per hour.
