With the Axis "FP-15", you're going to be able to chop, slice, emulsify, or kned any type of food you want. It has a large 6 quart capacity, and a one speed motor with 1300 RPM. It comes with one set of blades at the bottom of the bowl.
It is equipped with a heavy duty electric motor coupled with a high velocity process to obtain optimum results. It has a clear plastic cover which will allow complete viewing of the process. And its food bowl is rounded at the bottom, which will make cleaning a breeze
