Designed for outdoor applications, such as catering events, the Sierra Range SRBQ-30 stainless steel outdoor gas grill’s base, burners, and roll cover have a 304 stainless steel composition to endure commercial use to help elongate its lifespan. It’s equipped with two 14-inch wheels for maneuverability, enabling it to be transported for storage during cold seasons or moved for general maintenance. When it needs to be secured in place during operation, users can lock its two casters. The pull-down hood includes a wide handle for accessibility, while a side shelf beside the cooking grid supports plates, condiments, and seasonings to streamline the cooking process.

Using LP gas, the Sierra Range SRBQ-30 outdoor grill has four stainless steel burners and 16-gauge stainless steel radiants to evenly cook foods. Enabling air to flow through its 6-millimeter-wide openings for improved heating, its 27.8-inch-wide by 21.3-inch-deep cooking area has a grid design. Beneath the cooking grid, a drip pan catches food particles and grease and can be removed for dumping and cleaning. Its rack carriage assembly is also easy to remove, clean, and reinsert. Overall, this unit is 49.21 inches wide by 30.91 inches deep by 49.61 inches high.
