With two 9-gallon tanks (18 gallons total), the PCG18 is ideal for busy Italian restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations, and institutional kitchens that require continuous, high-output pasta production throughout service.
Constructed with stainless steel exterior and interior, the PCG18 delivers 92,000 BTU/hr total output across two burners for rapid water recovery and sustained rolling boil. Two baskets are included per tank, and the unit is available in Natural Gas (NG) and Liquid Propane (LP) configurations. ETL listed for commercial use.
