The Omcan CE-CN-0020-R is a commercial rice warmer. It is not meant to cook your rice, but to keep cooked rice warm and fresh for up to 48 hours. It holds 20 litrs of rice, which is approximately 96 cups. Its temperature range is 71° - 75° Celsius.
