The Primo PM-10 is a 10 quart commercial mixer with a reliable and dependable gear-drive design, 3 speeds, and heat-treated hardened alloy steal gears and shaft for a long lifespan. It can handle up to 4.5 pounds of flour.

      • Comes with a stainless steel bowl, stainless steel wire whip, aluminum flat beater, and an aluminum dough hook
