The Sierra Range SRS series Gas Salamander Broilers are commercial, infrared broilers. The unit has a fully stainless steel construction, making the broiler durable and preventing corrosion.

Each burner is individually controlled and has ignition by standing pilot. Comes equipped with a chrome-plated rack with 4 adjustable positions.

  • Natural gas - includes LP conversion kit
  • Fully stainless steel exterior
  • 20,000 BTUs per burner
  • Gas pressure regulator
  • 2 steel wire mesh infra-red burners, each individually controlled
  • Ignition by standing pilot for each burner
  • Chrome plated rack with 3 adjustable positions
  • Drip pan and rack carriage assembly are easily removed for cleaning
