Ikon's IR-10-60 is a commercial, gas powered range that is 60" wide and available in natural gas or liquid propane. This 60" range can either have 10 burners; a 24" griddle with 6 burners and manual control; a 24" griddle with 6 burners and thermostatic control; and a 24" radiant broiler with 6 burners. The front, back riser, and lift-off shelf are stainless steel. And the entire oven sits on robust 1" adjustable legs.
Each burner and oven are 30,000 BTU. The top burners, when applicable, have 12" x 12" cast iron grates. The oven has three available positions for oven racks, and is shipped with two racks in the oven. As for the oven's interior, everything is porcelain coated.
