Dynamic cooking is yours with the Axis Hybrid+ full size electric convection oven with digital controls! Since it features easy-to-use digital controls with digital time and temperature controls, large displays, and multiple modes, this hybrid oven is more than just a convection oven. Not only does this oven offer an innovative heat distribution system, it also has moisture injection mode with 10 levels and manual moisture injection. It lets you gratin, roast, fry, re-heat, or cook in one of many other styles in a single oven.
This hybrid oven has digital displays for time and temperature so you can keep track of your recipes with ease. The electronic thermostat, along with the timer with countdown and time modes, give you the versatility you need. This oven can operate in manual mode, or you can use it in program mode. In program mode, this unit offers 99 programs with 4 stage cooking and stage end alarms. It even comes with a core probe cooking program and temperature probe kit for close monitoring of roasts, poultry, and more.
The unit features a stainless steel oven chamber and 5 wire oven racks, with a halogen oven lamp for visibility. It has a Safe-Touch vented side hinged door with double glass panes that ensure a low outside temperature and are easy to clean. Plus, the Stay-Cool door handle keeps employees safe while they are working.
The two combi-type motors allow maximum efficiency while the two-speed bi-directional reversing fan system circulates air in the oven cabinet for faster cooking. This electric hybrid oven requires a 208/220/240V, 1 phase electrical connection and water connection for operation. It has an output of 4300/5000/5600W.
