Forged from a single piece of steel, ZWILLING Pro Chef's Knives feature a sharp, flexible, and corrosion resistant FRIODUR blade that's been ice-hardened to 57° on the Rockwell Hardness Scale.

The innovative curved bolster design on the ZWILLING Pro 8" Chef's Knife supports the professional pinch grip with the thumb and first finger on the blade giving you a safer, more comfortable, and controlled hold.
