These are aftermarket stainless steel mixer bowls for Hobart mixers. They are not compatible with the "Legacy" series, but they will be compatible with the following: A200, D300, H600, L800 or M802, and V1401.
A wire whip will give you a perfect blending of air into light products, such as whipping cream and for beating egg whites.
